Incredibly helpful employees at my request to make a reserve for me in the spa. Ideal and peaceful location in Washington, right by Washington Mall and Monuments, all other areas, and important museums such as the National Museum of African American History.

The staff were polite and exceptional. The rooms were updated and extremely spacious on the 11th and 12th floors. The location was stunning, with an official residence within walking distance of the hotel. In general, I had a really great stay for the holidays at JW Marriott Washington, DC.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was within walking distance to all the major attractions like the White House, Washington Monument, and museums. The convenience of being able to explore the city on foot was a huge plus. the room was well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean.

There were a few things that we didn't particularly like about the hotel. the window in our room was quite strange and made it difficult to control the light and movement.

Cozy place close to everything. the room was spacious, with a king bed and a pull-out couch. We also had 2 comfy double beds and access to WiFi. It was a great spot for our family vacation! 🌟

It is close to many iconic landmarks like the White House, Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, World War II Memorial, and Korean War Memorial. Many museums are nearby.

Central spot near all the museums and monuments. The garden with a fountain could be a cool hangout spot, even though the fountain wasn't working properly. 🌿
